SMS Text Short Codes


To take advantage of Reverse Billing you will require a short code. This is either a 4, 5 or 6 digit number, to which your users send a text to start the process. Worth noting at this point that our system allows you to set the amount charged to the end users as ZERO Rated, which enables you offer services at no cost to your end user. We offer both shared and dedicated short codes.
 


Shared Short Code


The most common option is to use one of our existing Short Codes which sees us supplying you with your chosen unique SMS Text Keyword at your chosen tariff. These are ideal for those that need less than 5 primary keywords.

Keywords can normally be made live with 7 days. Keywords are subject to availability and a minimum 3 month contract. We provide up to 12 secondary keywords free of charge.

 

Dedicated Short Code


Alternatively we can supply you with your own Dedicated Short Codes on a 12 month contract. You're then free to have as many of your own keywords as you require.

Dedicated short codes take up to 10 weeks to set up as we have to work with each UK mobile network individually.
